Camryn got a new picnic table
Murphy the Christmas dog
Christmas Eve we started the day cooking. I made sausage muffins for Christmas morning, and Loren and I made cookies for Santa. They were red velvet cookies (at her request), and she loved decorating them herself. We also made cookies for the neighbors and Loren and Clay went and delivered them.
After all the cooking, we headed to Kingwood First United Methodist Church at 11am for the kid's Christmas Eve service and birthday party for Jesus. We had planned to go in the evening, but later decided Camryn and William would never sit through a service! It was perfect for the girls, and most importantly, we could focus on why we are celebrating!
That evening we hosted a Christmas Eve dinner for my family. The kids had fun playing before heading off to bed to await Santa's arrival. Loren was so eager to make sure everything was just right for Santa and his reindeer! We then were able to open the adult gifts without the kids all over us!

Christmas morning the girls had so much fun opening their gifts. Loren was thrilled with everything she got, and Camryn really didn't care at all :) She did show some interest in her new baby doll. Topping the list of Loren's favorite gifts were a Fur Real baby Panda from Mimi, a Puppy in my Pocket Palace from Santa, My Little Pony fruit snacks from her stocking (later that day when anyone would ask what she got...that is what she told them....nice!) and an Ariel head to fix hair from us.
Camryn was especially excited to see that Santa left a few crumbs behind
After our little Christmas morning, we got ready and headed to my mom's house for lunch. The girls got spoiled with more gifts from my mom and Tom and Meredith and Jonathan.
Later that afternoon we went to my Nanny's to meet up with my dad and open gifts with them. Then it was off to my cousin's house for Christmas dinner with the rest of the family!
We are so blessed this holiday by our wonderful families and friends!

Your girls are so precious. Merry Christmas!
So adorable! Looks like you guys had a wonderful time.
What are those cookies that Loren is making? They look Aggie-licious!
I made some cookies the other day and thought of you b/c they are gluten free (just chocolate, dried cherries and almonds). They were yummy.
