The Austin Zoo

Saturday some friends we have met here in the neighborhood invited us to join them on a trip to the Austin Zoo. It was a beautiful day here in Austin, so we were excited for a chance to spend the day outside. The Austin Zoo is really more animal refuge, less zoo...but we loved the fact that it was small, not crowded and you get a close up view of the animals...Loren had the best time...her favorite part was the turtle.
