After looking at a ton of houses, we found one we are very excited about. We have moved 8 times in 7 years of marriage, so we are hoping this will be it for quite a while. We decided to go with an older house this time because we like the character and trees that come with it. The house was built in 1983 and we are buying it from the original owners...they are a super sweet Christian couple who have taken great care of it. It is about 75% updated, and we are looking forward to doing the other 25% as we find time (and money!).
It has a pool and is on a lovely street...the cul-de-sac dead ends into a pond, so we envision lots of fun times ahead walking down to feed the ducks, taking walks, and fishing. We move in September 2!

Oh I love it! Those trees are amazing. And the girls will love having that yard! I'm so jealous..I miss having trees and yards!
