Neighborhood Easter Party

Saturday was our neighborhood Easter party. It was a beautiful, warm and sunny day for such a fun gathering.

Loren enjoyed the Easter egg hunt, wiggle worm train, face painting, petting zoo, bounce house and playing with her little friends. This was the first time Loren was not afraid of any holiday 'character'...she walked right up to the Easter bunny and posed for pictures with him several times over the course of the event.

It was a big weekend for Loren because she got to see the Easter bunny on Saturday, and Sunday at church Jesus walked the preschool halls as the kids waived palm branches...she thought that was the neatest thing...He even said Hello to her which she is still talking about :) We certainly want Jesus to be the highlight this Easter...not the Easter bunny.
